Yes, we do require an application fee, which covers the costs of the application, background screening, credit check, and other charges related to the execution of new leases.

We offer 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom floorplans in our luxury rental community.
Do you have elevators available for residents in your buildings or do you only have stairs?
Yes, all of our buildings have elevators, which makes moving much easier, as well as your day-to-day coming and going.
How long are your lease terms?
Depending on availability, we do offer a variety of lease terms to suit your needs. Contact our professional office staff to learn more about available lease terms.
Do you allow pets? What is your pet policy? Are there any breed restrictions?
We do allow pets in our community, and even offer a beautiful pet park and relaxing pet spa to our furry residents!
We do have some breed restrictions, which our friendly staff can review with you, along with the required fees and any monthly installments, during your visit.
Can residents pay rent and other necessary fees online, or are we required to come into the office?
We offer an online resident portal to help make paying rent and any other fees simple. We understand that not everyone can make it into the office during our set hours. Simply click on “Resident Portal” to be taken to your secure sign-in where you can pay bills, request maintenance, see your lease, and more.
Do I need renter’s insurance?
While our tenants aren’t required to have renter’s insurance, we strongly suggest that each resident has it. Our property insurance only covers our buildings, and will not cover the tenant’s personal property in the event of a catastrophe.
